Diaper Rash after transition to milk...should I stop?

We started doing half milk/half formula monday and DS has been fine with it. Just today I noticed a looser stool, a lot lighter and a diaper rash! I assume this is his stomach just getting used to the milk.....or should I stop?

Don't stop - THis happened to us - looser stools for weeks, bad diaper rash for a month! The doc said it could take a month for their bodies to get used to milk.

Foregoing wipes (using wet paper towels to blot instead) and triple past work wonders!!
