Diaper Question for BTDT moms...
I know it's not an exact science, but if you were to buy enough diapers to cover you in the beginning, how many jumbo boxes would you need of each of these 2 sizes?
Pampers Swaddlers New Baby Size?

I would do one box of the newborn size, but don't open it just in case your baby is bigger - you can exchange them and 2 boxes of the size 1.

ITA...the hospital will give you some to take home also and they grow out of those newborn size quickly if they are big babies!!!

that is so hard t answer! DD was small and has always been skinny. She stayed in newborn for 2-3 months! Actually, she stays in each diaper size for a long time. I needed more than just a box of newborns, but you can't tell until that baby is here.

depends on the baby.... i never used the newborn size with ds as he was a big baby... size 1 he last 3 weeks in....

Ditto. Infact I think even the hospital used size 1 in him. He was 8lbs 15oz. He used size 1 for a short time. I wouldn't go crazy buying any ahead of time. The hospital will have and you can take some home home and send DH out to get a pack then.
