Diaper Pail Past Users
If you used one from the beginning, when did you finally toss it?
I have one from when DD was born 18 mths ago and nothing I do is making the smell go away (washing it, lysol, bags etc)
I'm thinking its time to toss it, but do I get another one or do I just throw the diapers outside?

We've always just thrown the diapers outside. The poopy ones go into a bag from the grocery store first.

Im trying ti decide also. Mine is from when DS was first born, he is only 8 months now. I may just start throwing them outside and not spend the money on a new one.

We started doing this about 6mths ago when her poops started getting so rancid it stunk up the whole house.
ETA: We still use the diaper pail for her wet diapers. We have one of those baking soda air freshners in the pail and it's been fine.
