diaper bag tot he hospital
Did you bring your diaper bag to the hospital? I am trying to get ready and was not sure if we need to bring it.

We didn't. It's just extra stuff that you don't need! My advice is to bring as little as possible!

you definitely don't need it. The hospital supplies you with diapers, formula, vasoline, etc ... I would just put DC's coming home outfit and a blanket in your hospital bag for coming home.

I don't plan on it. At this point I have a labor and delivery bag packed and a small overnight suitcase for recovery that has my stuff for the hospital stay whatever I am bringing for DD. I don't think it's going to be necessary for a fully stocked diaper bag just for the ride home from the hospital. Then again, I'm new to this so what do I know

No need at all to bring it. Everything you need for the baby is at the hospital and when you leave they even give you some stuff to take with you in bags.
The car ride home doesn't require a diaper bag IMO.

I didn't. If your trip from the hospital to your home is long, you can take a diaper & a few wipes from the hospital in just put them in your pocketbook. You shouldn't need more than that.

you don't need it-- but definitely bring an empty bag that you can fill up with freebies from the hospital!! Things like diapers, the dry wipes, etc.
