Remember this? Well I got an email saying I had to update the form since I was claiming more than one piece of jewelry.
Did anyone else?

I got the email today too. If you have more than one piece of diamond jewelry per catagory (for example, you purchased 2 pair of diamond earrings), you need to revise your claim to show them separately.

I didn't get an email about my claim, but we did list each item separately on the claim form and provided copies of the receipts.
