DH's big mistake!!!
I had to share this story:
So, I give dd, who is constipated, a bath tonight. Towards the end, I see her straining a little like she's gonna poop, so I quickly get her out, diapered, and dressed. She pooped about 20 minutes later.
Fast forward 30 minutes: DH goes to empty her baby tub. He reaches out to pull out what he thinks is a potato from our beef stew dinner, and it's not! It's a little ball of poop! DH, who is a germaphobe, screamed, dumped the thing in the garbage, and is just walking around now saying over and over again, "I thought it was a potato..." He will not even let me wash out the tub - he will get a new one tomorrow. Hysterically funny to see a 200+ lb. guy freak out over a little baby poo!

Oh geez! It's just a little baby poop. I've been through a lot worse. Ha!
Is he really going to go out and get a whole new tub. Tell him it might happen later on when she is in your big tub. Happen to us once.

DH's big mistake!!!
My son is 2.5 and he took his diaper off during nap time last week (he was playing a while before falling asleep but we didn't notice the pants and diaper off on the monitor). When I went in to get him, there was poop smeared all over the crib, sheet, blanket, stuffed animal, and my son. I put him in the bath tub and the poop was so dried on I had to scrub it with a washcloth really hard. After bath was all done, I bleached the bath tub and washed down the poop bits. Your DH will freak when that happens.... but oh, it will!!!

DH's big mistake!!!
My daughter so far has pooped 2x in our regular tub.... Lol. Would love to see your DH go out and buy a few of those...

My oldest did this when she was about 18 months. Poop was every where, walls, crib, her hair. Dh wasn't home (of course all this stuff happens when I'm alone) but he would freak out too. He is a huge germ nut. I wouldn't let him throw out the tub though because she is likely to do it again.

DH's big mistake!!!
when my DD was about 5 months old she went through a spell when she kept pooping in her tub. like all the time. EVERY. DAY. and she would go more than once a day so it wasn't like the water was helping her go. I just cleaned it and used it again the next day. Men! lol
