DHA Dose
I'm taking a prenatal but it doesn't have DHA...I am 6w and my first DR appt isn't for another 2 weeks and I was thinking I should add DHA supplement in the meantime. I noticed some other prenatals have different doses/mg (250, 500)...what's typical? What do you take and how often?
We give our dog 1000mg of fish oil daily and I was thinking of stealing some of hers,  but thought that might be too much per day.

My prenatal has 200mg in it. I noticed the label says plant-based DHA, so you may want to pick up one that's specifically for pregnancy to be sure it's safe.
