DH started his diet this week
On Monday DH started his diet. I really want to help him out by making some healthy dinners. (Packing him lunch is no problem).
I have very limited experience and expertise in the kitchen. Does anyone have any VERY simple, healthy dinner recipes? He loves rice and pasta and meat. He's not a big veggie fan, but I'd like to sneak some in.

i feel that is really easy to prepare
grilled chicken with a light marinade?

He likes fish as long as it doesnt taste "fishy"
Grilled chicken is a fav of mine to make bc its so easy!

Do you ever look at Skinnytaste.com?
I find that she has some great, simple recipes.
Also go to Trader Joe's they have a lot of great, easy meals - salmon burgers, chicken burgers, veggies, etc.
