Im in same boat, but i have no clue what time DH will be home. So i think hes going to have to pick us up pizza tonight.
But if I knew what time he was goign to be home, i wanted to make Shrimp scampi, from the one of the recipes someone posted on the food forum.

I'm also in the same boat.
I'm thinking I might make some stir-fry... or maybe make a big salad with some grilled chicken.
Then there's part of me that wants to be super lazy and order in. 
I'm feeling indecisive right now... probably b/c I'm not hungry yet.
