Device to Make print larger

Hello! I was hoping if some of you parents could help me out. I have been searching the net for a device that will make the print in books look larger but doesn't make the print look distorted. I know a child that has an IEP and the teachers feel sometimes his comprehension gets affected by the small print in books or dittos. He does wear very thick glasses.
