Describe your early nausea
Im only alittle over 4wks. Last pregnancy i didnt have any nausea. Its weidr bc i def dont feel "normal" but i certainly couldnt throw up or anything. And i do have an appetite, just light appetite.
Weird bc i dream about gagging and throwing up. Nice huh?
So just curious what others experienced or are experiencing.
Thanks

Re: Describe your early nausea
I guess the best way to describe my nausea was just a queezy feeling that would come and go. I haven't had any vomiting episodes my entire pregnancy, and I only had that 'queezy' feeling for maybe a month or so in the early stages. But like you, it never really seemed to affect my appetite.

Re: Describe your early nausea
im 7 weeks now..and last week was bad..my stomach was just weird all day. i feel like i have a lump in my throat that just wants to come up but wont
everything i eat repeats on me and im hungry all the time...i seem to get full fast so im not eating as much, hence the hunger all the time.(definitely not used to that).
and now i have a constant sour taste in the back of my mouth. maybe from all the reflux? nothing but brushing/rinsing helps it much..its gross.
i started taking ginger root caplets yesterday and its the only thing to seem to help the nausea. i've been told the seasick magnet band things are good too.

Re: Describe your early nausea
Not to scare you, but I started getting sick at 6 weeks and stopped at 14 weeks. I would feel nauseous all of the time, smells would make me sick to my stomach. Food seemed like a good idea, but I would take one bite and not want any more. I would start to feel really sick (stomach pains, nausea, very thirsty,) late at night and then would finally throw up before bed. Sometime, I would start with the watery mouth and get sick as soon as I smelled food.
So not fun, but thankful it is over. I do not wish it on anyone.

Re: Describe your early nausea
As you know, I never really had morning sickness, but there were some days where I was very nauseous - it almost felt like a bad hangover kind of queasy. Like it's *almost* bad enough to make you puke, but not quite there yet.... I only felt like that for 3 or 4 days, maybe...
