I waited 2 hours and bought NOTHING, the infant section didn't have things I would put on DD.
I did find a lot in the other stores there though lol

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
My mom went for me and picked up a few things for my 2 year old but said there was nothing for my 5 year old. Mostly plain shirts and tshirts and winter coats.

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I just got back. Did awesome..once again. I bought size 5-6 for boys and 4t for girls. I got outfits, embellished tanks, shorts, dresses, etc for my dd ( all summer) and for my son graphic shirts, shorts, under armour. They have great stuff. No lines and not too crowded. I didn't wait to pay either. Definitely worth going to.

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I went this afternoon and did well. Got DD a ton of summer things, and a few outfits for DS. I waited 30 minutes to get in, once I got inside it was fine. Honestly, the strollers are what make it so much harder to move and get around. People kept leaving them right in the middle.

Ugh,,people leaving the strollers right in the middle were so annoying! Especially with a screaming child.....being ignored!

It's just too small of a space to have strollers inside. One lady just parked the kid right by the door that the employees kept walking in & out of. The mother was off shopping and the kid is screaming for the mother who was no where near him. I know it is unreasonable, but they should not allow strollers inside. It's just too tight

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I was just there and it wasn't crowded at all. There were many screaming children (mine included) in there, so if at all possible, I'd let the kids sit this one out. It is very tight in there and would not be a pleasant experience at all if it were crowded!

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I said that I wouldnt go back after last year, but of course had to try again. I walked out with one shirt and one pair of pants. I told DD to remind me not to go back next year!

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I went the 1st day and waited on line at 12pm for 45 min but it didnt seem that long. They didnt have a great baby section but I got a lot of stuff for DD for when she is 12 and 18 months. By the time I left around 2pm there was no line anymore. They do restock every hour so its def worth going.

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I went at 2 today and it was pretty empty, no line whatsoever.
Infant section had nothing really, I got these for DD

I really wanted some shorts for DS and found nothing (I did get one of the jersey type material shorts for him). They did have a ton of t-shirts/long sleeve shirts, some sweatshirts and jackets for boys. I ended up with these for DS

If you have like a 2 year or older girl, you probably could make out like a bandit!
They really need to find a bigger store to hold this in, I did bring DD (DS was in school) and even with it being empty a stroller was a pain in the @ss (& it was just the snap n go) people would park there strollers smack in the middle and leave it there which I found to be weird, like the women were just oblivious to other people. There were also ladies lined up along the back wall going through BAGS, I'm talking BAGS full of clothes, like they just grabbed off the racks and ran, it was SO weird and a little crazy. I personally found it annoying b/c they parked themselves right under the infant section, so I couldn't even look at some leggings that were over there. The one other thing that annoyed were the OLD LADIES pushing me in the infant section I was like FOR REAL, there is no one in the damn store!!! I could not imagine going if it was packed.
I will fully admit I'll do it again but with no kids

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I've never been to the sale, but I don't get the appeal based on what I've seen.
Like the pics in the above post-- the graphic tees and long sleeved shirts are very nice, I like them, but honestly what sets them apart from graphic tees at say... The Children's Place? To me they look like TCP stuff and honestly even stuff I've seen at Target. Is it simply because they're designer brands?

I went today and got stuff for DS for next summer (2T). This summer he will be in 12-18 months most likely and I didn't find anything for him in that size. They did have TONS of cute girls stuff though...kind of made me hope that when we do go for DC #2, it's a .

I agree..I've had coupons for 40% off an item, gone in with the intention to buy (retail) and saw bedazzled undershirts...not a thrill to me, honestly...

Re: Dennys Warehouse Sale @ the Source
I want impressed. I was shopping for boys sizes 3,4. t-shirts for 6-8 bucks is about the same as I I've already bought at century 21, target, Carters, gymboree, etc. I walked out without buying anything.

Personal choice. I walk in Children's Place and walk out..never fails. I never get lucky in that store. I love the way Denny's clothes wash and hold up. Different styles/tastes for everyone.

ETA: I went Thursday and got DD an entire summer wardrobe & things for DS for under $100. Went back last night and they had nothing left compared to Thursday. Grabbed a few things...Columbia hat, scarfs, mittens for $1.50.

ITA...Its not about the name brand but the way it feels, fits and holds up after several washes.

Do you think it's worth it to go today? I would need girls clothing in size 12-18 months.
