delicious breakfast
I love carbs but I know I eat wayyy too many so instead of cereal this morning I made Egg whites (the ones that come in a container)
with chopped up tomatoes,1 slice of 30 calorie ff yellow american melted in and 2 slices of chicken bacon (35 cal a piece) very filling and delicious
