Not after the second time. That's just poor office management.
Definitely not being oversensitive. I understand mistakes happen, but the same mistake twice is ridiculous.

Ok thanks. First time, I understood.. things happen.
I guess it made me mad this time because I had my Mom with me, and she was all excited to see the sono (DH couldnt come today) and she can't make the rescheduled date. Oh well.

How could they forget again? That is totally unacceptable! I would let the doctor know how unhappy you are with the staff, and I would also consider going elsewhere. If they are that careless about making appointments, what else are they careless about?

nope.. i'd be totally annoyed too.
did you have them put you in the book this time?? i would have stood there and made sure of it.
and then when i saw the dr finally... i'd let him know too.
i don't care much for inefficiency.
