defrosting ground turkey
I forgot to take it out until 1030 this morning...anything I can do to speed it along....I need it around 5...thanks

Leave it in its package and put it in a bowl of cool water.
Every hour or so check it, it may need to be flipped, or if the world has gotten really cold change the water.

Do you have granite countertop?
I have no idea how or why this works......but every time this happens to me........I put the meat upside down in its package on the granite........and it defrosts in no time.
