Re: Deer Park Outlets?
I went over the weekend and I love it. It's definetly worth it. Some of the stores and restaurants are not open yet but there is plenty of stores that are worth going to. Some I could do without.

Re: Deer Park Outlets?
im going to go against everyone elses opinion and say - for an outlet it is was kinda disapointing.
i didnt feel the deals were that great. every store had a really long line. a cashier told me that they were having a problem w/ credit cards and each transatcion was taking 90 seconds to process. so that was explaining the long lines everywhere.
the gap and banana had some decent deals but the line was so long in banana that i put all my stuff down and walked out.
it is asthetically very pretty and would probably have been better on a nicer day - but i really wasnt that impressed.
hopefully you will like them more than i did - but im in no rush to go back anytime soon.

Re: Deer Park Outlets?
it was too crowded when we went to get a real feel for the stores or what kind of deals were available. Due to the crowds, I will not return there until after February, then i will make up my mind.

Re: Deer Park Outlets?
Well, it beats going to Riverhead if you're kinda far away from Riverhead.
We went Sunday morning at 9:30 and the storse opened at 10am so it wasnt as bad. It was nice to walk around and get a feel for what stores they had and look around.
The parking lot was somewhat empty when we got there.....but after being there for a little over an hour........we couldn't beleive how all the parking spots were taken. People were parked on the dirt!
But it was the first weekend that it was opened so I wasnt too surprised. Especially since Saturday rained mostly all day and Sunday was beautiful!
