there are certain parts I would aviod
but overall I think it's a nice area with good schools
I have lots of buyers who look there

I grew up there and my parents still live there. Its a fairly diversified neighborhood with certains sections being much nicer than others. I'm not sure about the school district now. I graduated 17 yrs ago so all I can say was it was fine when I went there, small classes, good sports program, good teachers, etc. It's a very convenient town, alot of shopping, close to parkways, trains, close to the beach. I liked growing up there.

I would stay away from the Nicolls rd area west of DPA
