Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
Hi!!!
I'll be 25 weeks tomorrow - is it me or is this time just FLYING by???
Had a dr's appt this past weekend...everything went well! I talked to my dr. about my weight concerns (I have gained A LOT more weight than I had been hoping to at this point...) but he isn't at all concerned...he said that I was probably underweight to begin with (which I don't think at all but...) but as long as the baby is healthy and he doesn't look at me and say "ok, you're BIG!" everything is good!
Took my 1 hr glucose test yesterday...hopefully the results come back good!
We've been trying to finish registering, but it's tough! Pretty much all of the big items are out of the way though. And, we started (well, DH did) painting the nursery...one more coat to go and it will be done!
Hope everyone is feeling well!!!

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
I am 24 weeks! And i feel like Cr@p!!! I have no idea what's going on....but since last night i've been feeling a little off....run down....blahhhhhh! Is this normal? Has anyone felt like this? This is pretty much the first time throughout this pregnancy that i have not felt good! ughh! Other than that all is well....ordered our baby furniture from Sukon's over the weekend and booked the shower for October 18th! Craziness!
I have to get my glucose test done in the 3 weeks! I'm nervous about that one!
Glad everyone is doing well :)

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
I'm 23 weeks tomorrow. I can feel moving around a lot but, DH hasn't been able to feel kicks yet.
We started registering last night - I think I'm on my own for the rest of it thankfully - it didn't go so well going together.
I'm hoping to put my deposit down for daycare either this week or next.
I have my glucose test next Thurs and I'm not looking forward to it!
I've been feeling kind of blah this week but, I've attributed it mainly to the fact it's my first week back from a very relaxing vacation and the heat.

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
I'm a Dec mommy due on 12/25. I am 22 weeks this friday. I've ordered my furniture and am starting to work on the nursery. We are having high hats put in tomorrow and then will paint prob in sept. i still have to pick out colors. we're having a boy and so i'm doing the nursery in blue and brown, no theme. i am about halfway done registering which has been very overwhelming. my shower is 10/17.
my feet got really swollen so i went and bought a pair of aerosoles flijp flops in a half size bigger - they have been heaven sent!! my feet hurt so badly before and now they are 100x better.

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
Hi ladies!
I am exhausted All I want to do is sleep, but I just have too much to do to rest. My right hip and butt cheek are killing me, but other than that I am doing well. I am blowing up now, and my little loves music! He/she gets down ever time it is on. I love it!
I posted pics in my album if you want to take a guess what I am having.

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
I am 22 weeks, I cant believe how fast it has gone by. I registered last week. FUrniture is picked out. We will be ordering it from Sukon's sometime next month.
is moving around like crazy. I had the remote on my stomach yesterday and it started moving. Its crazy that I can actually see my stomach moving. DH is able to feel the baby moving too and he loves it.
Still tired all the time, I doubt that will ever go away. Otherwise feeling good. At this point I dont think I have anything left to do, except maybe look for a pediatrician.

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
Hi Gals.....25 Weeks tomorrow. My belly is very heavy and sometimes I feel like I need to carry it from the bottom. My carpal tunnel is acting up again. Not painful, but the pins and needles and loss of sensation is very debilitating. I involuntarily dropped a knife while cutting the other day...my hand just stopped working. DH can't feel the baby kick yet, but I do all the time. I am getting impatient and want him to experience some of the pops. I feel physically great and am in awe at my profile every day. I'm only 5'1 so I look huge in the belly area. We registered for a Bradley Birthing Class and start next month. I'm happy to hear that everyone is doing well. We are well on our way!!!

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
Hi Ladies! I am 22 weeks, due 12/21. Physically I'm feeling OK, just can't take the heat. I get tired and walk really slow. My DH calls me "Meh Meh", which is what I call my grandmother, who is notorious for walking sooo slow. Things have been slow on the baby preparations, but we are starting to get ready now. We are moving, from a rented apartment to our first home - a condo here in Brooklyn. We have so much to do. We hope to close on the 28th, and we are hardly packed. We also need to buy a car. I go back to work (teacher) on the 9th... so we hope to be moved and settled before then. I feel so overwhelmed, so instead of cleaning and packing, I'm on here!

I have the same issues. I wear the carpal tunnel gloves on both hands while at work and when I sleep. They definitely have helped!
Tomorrow is week 24. :) I'm doing pretty good. Not enjoying the heat AT ALL!! I can't wait for fall to come already. I had a dr. appt on Monday and everything is going well. We're hoping to get the shower invites out by the end of next week. I'm going to be holding a garage sale soon to clear out baby's room so DH and my dad can begin preparing the nursery. I'm starting to feel flutters nightly and sometimes a popping popcorn sensation. That's all on my end. Can't believe I am at 6 months.

Re: December Mommies--How are you feeling?
Due 12/14...
Very congested but less tired. Sciatica at times. Also the pressure and crack in half feeling is always fun! But overall, I feel pretty good!
I have to paint Kristopher's room and move Juliette in to her new room. And buy furniture. Hope to be done by Halloween.
Plan on working until I go in to labor.
