Decaf Latte
I am not a caffeine person but used to have a decaf latte each morning before I got my BFP. After 2 losses with in the last year, I have been so good about only drinking water and OJ and the occassional cranberry juice.
My office is bringing in starbucks today. I haven't told anyone I am pregnant yet (have my NT scan on Monday). Do you think it would be ok to have a decaf latte or should I pass?
I know it sounds like a silly question but I am soo nervous to do something wrong!!!

I drink a huge decaf coffee every day. It's my saving grace since I can only have a small cup of regular.

My doctor told me that one CAFFEINATED coffee per day would be fine - so one decaf should be no problem!

yes, there is no caffeine, there is no problem. Caffeine is FINE too, within reason!
up to 200-350mg per day is OK by my OB.

i thought this was interesting - for all who gave up soft drinks/coffee ... take a look! I have been told by my MFM and OB that 200-350mg of caffeine per day are OK!

a little bit of caffeine is ok. My dr. recommends a small cup of coffee or tea to prevent headaches from caffeine withdrawal

You can have caffeine, but just limit it to 1 drink per day.
For me, I totally avoided it my first tri when the chances of m/c are the highest - since caffeine is linked to possible m/cs.
