Re: decaf coffee question
I was a coffee addict too. In early July I started weaning myself off. I switched to making 1/2 caf / 1/2 decaf in the AM, in the home coffee maker. Then I got decaf at D&D. It did take about a week to fully come "down" but now really all I drink is decaf. You get used to it and it's for a good cause I find that for me, it's more psychological than anything....I need the taste in the AM.

Re: decaf coffee question
Im a coffee Addict too. That said I still drank my daily cup of coffee and then some during my IVF and it worked just fine. I wouldnt have done anything to lessen the chances, my Dr said nothing about it??
My Dr recently said if you drank a pot of Decaf coffee, it would equal one cup of regular coffee in caffeine. So you could have one or two decaf cups with VERY little to no caffenine.

Re: decaf coffee question
I drink regular coffee up until transfer and then switch to decaf or no coffee at all - and drink chocolate milk instead (it's a guilty pleasure ).

Wow - I drank cofee (Starbucks high test no less) throughout my whole IVF and my pregnancy. Never even gave it a second thought...
