Decaf Coffee
Is there such a thing as too much decaf?
I already had 2 cups....but I realllllly want another!! I just don't wanna start drinking water so early!

I feel ya girl... especially in this cold weather I love a warm cup of coffee, but as everyone says... everything in moderation. Even though it's decaf I think there's still supposed to be a little caffeine. I actually love this diet hot coco that's 99% caffeine free. I have that once in a while when I want a coffee fix and it fill me up too.

I think 3 cups of decaf would be okay. I read in one of my books that you can have up to 400mg of caffeine which is eight 5 ounce cups of coffee (so like 3 12oz.).
Hey, people drink and smoke throughout their pregnancy so I think 3 cups of decaf once in a while is okay!
