Dear Waitress at Applebees,
I know it's all part of your schtik....but when two overweight poeple come in and only order off of the WW menu...when it's time to collect the plates please don't ask them if there is room for more and offer up a chocolate extreme.

We chalked it up to a good exercise in self-restraint which is probably just as important a lesson for me and DH.
To compromise, we went to DD afterwards and got a coffee and split a 100 calorie angelfood muffin.
