Dear Upstairs Neighbor...
While I appreciate that you pick up your dogs poop when you walk them. I would appreciate it more if you didn't leave the baggies of poop by the steps. Last I checked it was 92 degrees out & they are cooking & reaking. It would take all of 1 minute to put them in the garbages cans in the back yard!!!!!

Believe me I told them. When she moved in she said that she will have 1 dog. Well in moved her 2 dogs, 2 or 3 cats & a couple of guinea pigs. I can smell the cat pee from my front door. She swears a stray must of sprayed under my porch. There are no stray cats. It's from her daughters open window where she admitted a cat box is. How people can live like that I have no idea.
