Dear neighbors,
Please stop leaving your turtle sign up that your child is playing. I highly doubt that at 10:30 pm when I am leaving my families home your child is still playing. I find it highly unlikely that a stray ball or child will dart out in front of me as I slow down to maneuver around the sign that you have conveniently placed half way in the street.

I can't find a pic on google, but its a plastic turtle holding a flag that says Caution, Children at Play. It's about 3 feet tall and is usually a very bright color.
