Dear Manager (a vent)
Everyone knows that the moment I became pregnant last year, you wrote me off. It does not matter that I did terrific work, before and during my pregnancy, and never missed a day of work due to my pregnancy.
It also does not matter that since my return from maternity leave in May, I have not missed an hour of work due to my son. I have also taken on a wealth of additional work that you have thrown my way since my return. Even though my raise was less than half of what my peers received. As you should be aware of, us HR folks can see everyone's pay information.
I have a life, and refuse to come in on weekends like yourself and clean filing cabinets with cotton balls soaked in nail polish remover. Best rest assured, I am a true professional who gets the job done. Yet nothing is ever good enough for you.
I better find another job soon, and when I do, your manager will be informed about your behavior. Good luck explaining it when I have 5 other people to back up my claims. Sincerely, The Employee You Do NOT Deserve
