Dear Lady in the ugly shirt at Ruby Tuesday's
Yes, it is 8:30pm and we have our 11 month old out with us for dinner. And, Yes, that is my best friend who has her 6 month old out with her and her husband as well. I'd prefer if you kept your dirty looks and snide comments to yourself, Thank You. Look around...there are a TON of kids in the place! NONE of them are crying or screaming. Just sitting and enjoying the night like everyone else. If you didn't want to sit near children then you should've asked for a new table. We were here first!!! Keep making your comments or I'll throw a french fry or some broccoli at you!

do you have any clue how many people would request not to sit next to kids when i was a hostess at a restaurant?? they always made snotty comments, gave dirty looks, i ended up my eyes at them for being stupid like that! the best part is, most of the time, these kids are so well behaved and just keep to themselves! its the teenagers you gotta watch out for.

I've been known to comment outloud when this happens. I normally say something like: It's a family restaurant. Even if you do not want or have kids, you were a kid one day and people put up with you.

people are so stupid. since when is 8:30 too late? if he wasn't screaming and crying then i don't see a problem lady

I embarass my dh when I do that.
Absolutely, it's a family restaurant. I don't think Ruby Tuesday has a sign that says no children after 8pm. That lady needs to get a grip.
