Dear Co-worker,
As I am supposed to be the first one in the office to get some peace and quiet , I come in and you are here too, please do yourself a favor and shut the **** up until I have my coffee. Your voice goes right through me and I can't think straight. You make my head spin and you haven't stopped trying to talk to me yet..!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SHUT UP!
dont't u get the hint when i keep putting my head down into a file or try to pick up the phone to call someone

I hate that - I have someone like that - even if I'd walk to the file room - she used to follow me! Now, I get up and gradually walk her over to the door without saying - get the **** out!
