Dear Citibank
I hope outscouring to India is working out for you
so far tonight- I got hung up on now THREE times
and found out the checks I paid $20 to had overnighted to me- are at my old apartment- even though that address in not on my account and has been changed for over a year- and I went over that with the customer "service" rep
I don't think I need to remind you- you get what you pay for

taking all my money to another bank tomrrow morning

I recently had an issue with them. If you haven't, call and ask for a supervisor as soon as a rep comes on the phone. That is what I did, she sounded as if she was located in the US and was able to fix my problem on the spot. Good luck!

This is the only way to go. Otherwise, you spend 3 hours getting transferred around New Delhi waiting for someone to figure out what you're talking about. I used to LOVE Citibank. Now...not so much.

I got it resolved- after 1 hour
free checks and shipping
and I sent an email to the excuttive response unit- which in all my life I have always said I was going to write a letter and never have

Well, Commerce refuses to change my name on my account. I usually love them, but no one can explain why the account says Kathryn Devine, but my checks and debit card still say Kathryn Linton.
Oh and if they run my debit card which says Kathryn Linton on it, Kathryn Devine comes up on the slip. WTH???
