Dear Charlie Horse,
I loathe you. I do not appreciate you creeping into my legs and disturbing my slumber 4 times last night! You are no Kentucky Derby winner so I don't understand why you have to move so quickly through my calf. Thanks to you, I am exhausted and leg hurts. Don't let me catch you because if I do, I'll give you a charlie horse.

Oh i hate them. And the pain lasts all day after that in your calves. Its usually a sign that you need more calcium in your diet though.

that's what i thought... which is why after i had a HORRIBLE one on friday that lasted about 10 minutes i went out and bought a huge bunch of bananas
