Dear acid reflux...
So in my seventh month, you've decided to arrive. Well you've been here for two long days now and you need to leave. It's bad enough I always feel full and have to force myself to eat now, the last thing I need is you lingering around. Take a hint and go away!!! Sincerely, Burning Bile

I had the worst acid reflux when I was pregnant with DS and he was as bald as can be!!!! Try drinking apple juice or eating an apple. It helped a bit for me. I was on Nexium until I was 3 months pregnant with DS and my insurance stopped covering it... Then I ended up in the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. Bad reflux attack. Zantac 150 was my best friend from that point on!!! Milk made it worse!!! I ate a lot of crushed ice too!!! Hope it goes away soon for both of you!!1

Re: Dear acid reflux...
the complete opposite for me-- a tall glass of chocolate milk always cured my acid & fruit made it much worse. Try both & see what helps. Tums also never worked for me.

Re: Dear acid reflux...
I feel your pain. Yesterday was horrible for me and I am hoping it doesn't return today. Try some ice cream it's the only thing that helps me when I have it.

I was going to recommend this as well. I had really bad reflux in my 1st trimester and ice cream was the only thing that really helped. Well, that and guacamole. but I really can't explain the latter
