Dealing with the constant nausea...
I'm 6 weeks 3 days and nauseaous all day long. This is #2 and I absolutely didn't feel this sick last time. Plus I have a 2 year old to chase around all day. The thought of food makes me gag, though I've been forcing myself to eat. I also take my prenatal every day and so far I haven't actually thrown up, just lots of gagging (basically every time I go near my garbage, fridge, sink, or DDs dirty diaper.)
Is there anything that works to help alleviate this? Any tips, tricks, or magic?? Lol. TIA.

Re: Dealing with the constant nausea...
ginger ale and toast/crackers worked for me. I also went outside a lot and took deep breaths and walked. In this heat, that is not ideal, but it definitely worked for me.
ETA: Like you, I was never sick with my first PG and with this one I was sick and chasing a toddler. There were days I just let my son go and do whatever and eat cookies all day long.

Dealing with the constant nausea...
i hear you! i am 6 weeks 6 days and am super nauseous. i have been eating a bagel every morning and that helps, and forcing myself to eat a few saltines every hour or two so my stomach doesnt get empty. i still feel really bleh/gross all the time, but i think it is helping with the nausea. last night i started a vitamin b6 supplement which my doc says might help, but i also threw up this morning for the first time so idk... people have told me to try sour patch kids and things with ginger -- so i have stocked up on them and ginger snaps, ginger ale...they help a little i think, but i havent found anything that makes me feel all that much better.
best of luck to you!! here's to hoping someone has the magic solution!

Dealing with the constant nausea...
What worked for me with #2 was eating. :( And eating heavy-carb type foods. It was the only thing that would sustain me throughout the day and make the feelings of nausea dissipate. I'd eat ices at night because it seemed the worst of it was when I woke up and after dinner/before bed.
I couldn't drink much of anything other than Coke too. Regular - full caffeine coke. Ginger ale didn't help. Water made me feel sick until only a few weeks ago (I'm 23 weeks now). Though I started drinking lemonade mixed with water and that definitely helped.

I agree with the other posters...eat. I was never hungry but would start with crackers as soon as I woke up and eat them basically all day. Very slowly but constant. Bagels were also a go to item, anything bready. I never actually got sick but felt like that through my whole first trimester. Coke also was good. Very slow sips and try to let it get flat a little. Good luck! It gets better!!

Re: Dealing with the constant nausea...
Thanks for the replies everyone!! I swore off soda before I was pregnant, but I've been craving a coke...trying to be good, but I might cave soon! I do feel a little better after I eat, it's just the thought of food before I eat that is the worst!! I guess the key is to keep eating little things all day! I hope this phase passes for all of us soon!!
