deactivated friends on fb
I was scrolling through my friends list and realized there are so many deactivated accounts. like 30. they no longer show a profile photo, and when you click them the message says "thiis profile has been deactivated, only you can see that you are friends. you have the option to unfriend".
what is the point of fb keeping these names on your friend list? just thought it was weird.

Because if they reactivate their account, they are still your friend again.

Wow that’s a lot of deactivated friends! I think I’ve had like 2 ever, and one was someone who deactivated and activated a hundred times and then unfriended half the people on her list.
