DDs sharing a birthday party
Is it fair? My DDs birthdays are a week apart. I definately want to have a 1st birthday for the baby (I did a relatively big one for Marron); and I also want to do a party for Marron's 4th birthday. We did not have any party for her 3rd because DH had just had surgery, and I was due with the new baby soon so it was just too much for me. Now she is in dance and does have some "friends" so I'd like to do a party for her.
Should I just have a "kids" party for her out at one of the party places and then have the big 1st for the baby, or is it ok to have a party together for them? And if I have it together, do I invite her friends, or just make it family and a few of the girls that I am friends with?
Sorry if this sounds like a silly question but I don't want to cheat either of them out of what they "should" have; and also, I think it might be fun to have a bunch of little girls here and play games with them and stuff.

Re: DDs sharing a birthday party
I would do a smaller party with friends for Marron and then the bigger 1st bday party.

Thanks for the reply.
Did anybody else share birthdays for their DC?
