DD taking clothes and diaper off...

Is it time to potty train?
She only does it in her crib.
We wanted to try potty training soon anyway. DD is 2.

DD taking clothes and diaper off...

It might be but it also just might be the naked phase.

My DS and nephew both went through it at 2ish

Re: DD taking clothes and diaper off...

We went through this and although she talked about the potty and wanted to go on, she still doesn't use it.

We first tried that pretty duct take they sell at target to keep the diapers on. Then she would shimmie them off so she needs to wear a onesie all the time. That sorta stopped her from taking her clothes off and she leaves the diaper on at least.

Eh, DS did that for a short time around 16 months old. He's 2 now and still nowhere near ready to potty train.

I would guess it's a naked phase. My two year old frequently tries to take off his shirt and pants (and tries to take my shirt off too!) bc he likes to roll around naked. Taking off the diaper might just be part of that kind of thing.

I honestly don't think one is indicative of the other.

If she took her diaper off in the bathroom and pointed to the potty or sat on it, maybe.

Just in the crib, I doubt it means that.

Re: DD taking clothes and diaper off...

My twins are nudists and making me crazy bc they are constantly stripping

I have been putting them on the potty when they are naked but nothing had happened yet

I remember we were both looking for summer onesies when DD was reaching in her pants. She stopped that. She still wears a onesie to bed, but she can take the onesie off.
