DD has not pooped today..should I be worried?
She went twice yesterday, but nothing today.

I wouldn't be. DS most of the time goes once a day, but sometimes we have "poop days" and no poop days.

I wouldn't worry if it's a day or so. If it goes on for longer than I would give her more water or water mixed with prune juice.

I wouldnt worry unless its a few days in a row with nothing....

DS has gone 3 days without pooping before, the doctor just said to give him an ounce of pear juice in between feedings un til he poops.

Don't be worried. I have called my doctor about this when Sammy was a baby. As the ped said it, "Do you poop everyday?" and I said well Know. He said do not worry unless its a few days. I am sure the baby will make up for it tomorrow and give you a big surprise
