DD has a rash....any ideas?

DD developed a rash last week that seemed to come and go...
It's mainly on her right thigh...alittle on her left thigh and right forearm. it looks like tiny red lumps that then changes to look more like a red pimple that has kind of scabbed. I"m going to call the Dr. tomorrow but was wondering if anyone had something similar.

She hasn't had any new foods and been in contact with anything strange. all her clothes are washed when new in the same detergent. the only thing it might be is i just started her on tri-vit/flour.

It could be eczema, the change in weather causes flare ups. My DS gets it mainly on his face, thighs, behind his knees, on his wrists and on his forearms.
