dc2 furniture

Ok question

Let's say you are using your DC1's crib for DC2. But you need to buy a new dresser. But you want it to match DC2's future bed which is not the same color as the current crib.

i keep finding dressers that i like but they are part of a crib set, so theres no matching bed.

im so confused what to do

We bought DS a whole furniture set that had the convertible crib so its now a full size bed. We are doing the same with DC2

I'm in the same situation as you! Because we live in an apt my LOs will share a room for now. I was going to buy the tall dresser in the set with the crib (then when we move one DC will have both pieces and the other will get new furniture) but the line is discontinued.
I'm just going to get a piece that matches closely to the rest of the furniture and when we move just deal with it then.

Edit to add can you just get by with a piece from Ikea and then when LO is ready for the bed you buy a new dresser then?
