DC during Christmas break
We booked a hotel with friends in DC. I posted before, but had some more questions...
I heard Gaylord is great, but we're not staying there. Can we still go and see things? What's there to do?
Any great places for kids ages 4 - 6. There will be 4 kids and they're really good together. I think bc it's a mix of girls and boys so my boys follow the girl's behavior. LOL! Recommendations for us to eat? We enjoy good food and drinks so doesn't necessarily have to be kid friendly.
Is there a place to park where we can walk around and see a lot?
Going for 3 nights so definitely want to be busy. Thanks!

Gaylord hotels do an amazing job decorating. Other than that I'm not sure it's worth going. It's south of DC. So much more to do in the district.

We are going to the Gaylord this week for their Christmas stuff. They have the Ice show, Christmas Village, train ride, gingerbread house decorating, Elf on a Shelf scavenger hunt, nightly snowfall and show, Santa, etc. IIRC you don't do Christmas though, so it might not be worth the trek over there. There is the Capital Wheel you can ride right there. I would probably just stay in DC to be honest.
