DC #2 is here!!! And it's a.....
BOY!! Caiden Daniel, our DS 2, was born Wednesday August 14! 7lb 4oz and 20 in long!
I will post a full birth story but for now I will say I went to my 39 week appointment and found out I was 5cm with a breech baby. So I had a c-section that same day (my first surgery ever) and recovery has been going slow but well. We get released today sometime and I can't wait to get home! Baby is great and big brother loves giving kisses to him!

Yes apparently sometime between 38 and 39 weeks. At 38 weeks OB said 2 cm and felt the head.

Congrats in your boy!!!!
Are you requesting to go home or are they "making" you go? After my csections I went home on day 5 but it seems like a lot of women are going home sooner

I live in VA and the hospital I was at has a standard 2 nights for vaginal and 3 nights for csections assuming no complications. I sure would have liked to stay longer but I missed DS 1 very much too.
