Daylight Savings next month and sleep question
I forget. When we gain an hour next month does this mean we need to start putting the kids down a little sooner or a little later gradually so they are adjusted easily? Does that even make sense lol?

Last year, I did it gradually, it worked for us.

Re: Daylight Savings next month and sleep question
I always put them down at the exact same time and three kids later, it's worked...

I've never changed anything and so far so good! My DD's are 3 and 1.

I've never done anything differently. They adjust in a matter of days, just like we adults do!
