Daycare rec's - Lynbrook area
DH and I (hopefully  ) are looking to be in Lynbrook by year's end. I'd like to start doing some research on daycares in the area (DS is currently in daycare in Bayside).
I remember poor Ang-Rich's horror stories about KA  so I believe I will skip that one.
DS will be about 10.5-11 mos old at the time of the switch if that matters.

I'm in Lynbrook...we're using Mimi's Creative Kids (also in Lynbrook). DS is going to start there in a few weeks. The staff has been really nice so far answering our questions, but we'll see how it goes.
There's also a Kiddie Academy here too (which I've heard mixed stuff about- we decided it's not for us), and a Tutor Time in East Rockaway. Good luck in your search!

Mimi's is fabulous. my best friend teaches there and they are just the sweetest people ever!
