Daycare options In Nassau
Crashing.
I'm 24w and the plan is for my mom to watch the baby full-time once DH and I go back to work. However, I want to have backup options in case my mom gets sick or for whatever reason isn't able to take care of the baby for a period of time. A day here and there isn't a big deal because DH and/or I can work from home but it can't be a reg. thing.
I'm looking for anything around the Franklin Square, Malverne, RVC, Valley Stream, Lynbrook area. I'll even go into W. Hempstead and Floral Park if necessary.
TIA

I also have a great rec for Nanny/Babysitter family actually in West Hempstead Franklin Sq. Since they are 4 or 5 women doing this, you can always get someone :) Their house or yours. I use them all the time. FM Me for more info.

In terms of traditional daycare centers, we are very happy with tutor time in east rockaway (Main Street and Atlantic ave)

When we were looking into daycares for dd (we were looking in diff areas) but it seemed most places weren't willing to do part time or "back up" for newborn. They wanted them there 5 days a week. Your best bet is probably a babysitter/nanny

Crashing One of my girlfriends sends her 2yo daughter to a babysitter/daycare in the N. VS / Franklin Square area. I can get the info for you if you want.
