Does anyone mind sharing what they pay daily for a center day care for children 2-4-years old? Looking for pricing for 3 days a week from 7-5 in Nassau or western suffolk for 2 children. Ages 2.5 and 4. tia!

The daily rate at my daycare is $95/day. We were thinking about doing 3 days a week because my MIL offered to watch the kid two days a week, but the weekly rate is only $20 more. We decided having the flexibility of full week care was worth the extra $20, especially because she goes on vacation frequently.

My daycare charges based on how many hours you use per week and then based on that number, we pay by the month. So ds goes 40 hours per week, and the rate is just under $1,100 each month for a 3 year old. I guess that works out to about $55 per day for an 8-hour day assuming he goes about 20 days per month.

At my daycare for 3 days a week for the 2.5 year old would be $262 for 8-6 and $244 for 8-3 for the 4 year old $227 8-6 and $212 for 8-3.
