Day one....GREAT!!!!
whatever i ate, i put in my journal. tonight, i'm making a w.w. meal. after dessert tonite, i still have 1 point left over. now for day 2, i'm going to write what i'm going to have tonite in the journal

day 2 was great as well. turned down red velvet cake. it looked soooooooooooo good. i journal the night before and i only eat what i write in there
