day after IUI
and still cramping and uncomfortable, is this normal? The first one I had, I was only crampy and uncomfortable that day.

Did you trigger? That trigger shot wreaks havoc on my stomach. I'm crampy and bloated for about 4 days after beginning the day after. That coupled with Oing is bad. It actually bloated me so bad that I had a lot of fluid built up and the IUI hurt like helll(the speculum part).

No I didn't trigger. I haven't had to yet.

I had my IUIs on a Friday and Saturday. I was still crampy on Monday ... maybe even into Tuesday.
ETA: I didn't have a trigger shot, I O'ed on my own.
