Day 1 of CIO
We put them to bed and I left to do some grocery shopping.... DH said Jonah cried for 20 minutes and then fell asleep... think 20 minutes will be all we have to do? I had set our time limit at half an hour.
Ugh, I'm going to have a hard time listening to him crying. What are the chances he won't wake up again? LOL. none I am sure.

thats good for starters! i hear the 1st day is the worst...after that it gets easier. many that this is all you have to endure!
