A paint night is a nice date. There is Muse in Garden City but I'm sure there are similar places by you. You can paint together, have some snacks and your DH can have a few drinks.

DH and I used to go to Dave and Busters in Islandia when he lived out east. We would have dinner there and then play games. It was a lot of fun! I'm not really sure if that place even exists anymore though haha

If it's during the day go to a park
I still enjoyed going out east when I was preggo
