DD is starting to really like dancing around and is so cute! Was wondering if there were any dance classes for young 1.5yo toddlers like her. Anything around Great Neck, Manhasset, New Hyde Park, Mineola is great! TIA!

Check out progressive gymnastics in NHP. when my dd was 2 we took her for "gymnastics" there, I think they also have dance classes.

Kidville has a ballet/tea party class for 2 year olds, but they may be willing to have your dd. I thnk there's a kidville in garden city. My dd did this class this summer in another kidville location. We are switching her to a dance school that has regular ballet classes for 2 year olds (in seaford - I'm assuming it's too far for you but fm me if you want details) - mostly because of price and scheduling issues.

Thanks for all your help mommas! Are most of the classes mommy and me at this age? Can I also bring a sibling? Are there any mixed classes for boys, girls between 1.5 to 3yo? Maybe my best bet would be gymnastics...

I'm signing dd up for class, she's 2. It's mommy and me, but I will also have to bring my new baby.

It's in the Huntington area which is prob too far. But fm me if you want the info. It's very reasonable, runs from sept-may and ends with a recital :)
