dance class teacher ???

2 part question...

Do i get her a xmas gift (like i do for dd nursery school teachers) dd is 3 this is her 1st time in dance and the teacher is wonderful.

She has a recital, do i bring the teacher anything for that?

I did last year (dd was 2.5). For Xmas I got the 2 dance teachers, bath and body works set. And then for end of year, I got them key chains from Brighton. I didn't have any school teachers to buy for too though.

I buy for the dance teachers at Christmas and at the end of they year...I usually do a $15 g/c to Starbucks. I also buy for the helper (if we have one)...they are usually high school girls so I do iTunes cards for them.

Yes I get gifts for the dance teachers. My girls have one teacher each and 4 helpers in each class. Last year I did bath and body works for Christmas and Starbucks gc for the end of the year. This year I'm stumped.

DD is in a 2 month long baby ballet class - no recital, 30 mins a week. Would it be customary to get the teacher something at the end of something like this? It's our first time in a class like this.

Oh boy. I can't keep up with all of these people to buy gifts for! Maybe I'm a Scrooge but I think this is what makes the holiday stressful. Does everyone really do all of this?
