I *think* Party Peeps on Newbridge Rd in Bellmore does.
We are going to a vacation GTG next week there that someone arranged.
It seems to be a dance party and I think karyoke with a DJ.
I couldn't find a website but Here is the DJ link for the place.

I just saw on the left side of the page I linked above, click on the party peeps link and it tells you the types of parties you can have with some pictures of the room.
Towards the bottom are some girl party ideas. Looks cute.

Not sure where you are located, but Roseland School of Dance in Oakdale does birthday parties. I believe it was like $200 for 10 people for 2 hours, they dance to their favorite songs, do a craft, get a CD of the music they danced to and then have time for pizza and cake.

Ice Cream Party Shoppe in Smithtown does them - they start with dancing/games, then pizza and more dancing, then ice cream sundaes. GREAT party - the kids love it.
